Our recruitment process starts with our connections.
We travel all across the United States and Canada to certified AAU sessions and Canadian tournaments, creating connections with many divisions of coaches. This process allows us to use our extensive network to place your student-athlete.
Your recruiter will make sure you’re introduced to the coaches that have the highest likelihood of helping you fulfill your post secondary athletic career.
Once we have gathered all the information needed, we complete the remainder of the process for you.
The next part is the evaluation of your student-athlete. We need to set realistic goals and expectations for the recruitment process. It is essential to put your student-athlete in front of coaches where they have the highest opportunity of success.
